Tim the Bad Cop is an African-American cop serving at Los-Santos PD and like many other police officers in the Jermaverse, he occasionally suffers from amnesia. He often mentions to his colleagues that he is the "bad cop" and even when he suffers from amnesia he never forgets this. Tim is also notable for his constant foul-mood and his raspy voice.
